Egg Stuffed Avocado

INGREDIENTS
· 5 avocados, pitted
· 10 medium eggs
· Salt (to taste)
· Black pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
· Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
· Scoop 1 tbsp. of avocado out each avocado and set aside. Crack 1 egg into each avocado half. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for until egg is cooked through, 15 – 20 minutes. Serve.
