Yellow Watermelon Balsamic Salad


INGREDIENTS

· 2 cups yellow watermelon, cubed

· ½ cup walnuts

· 3 tbsp. crème fraiche, room temperature

· 2 tsp. honey

· 3 tbsp. balsamic glaze


INSTRUCTIONS


· In a medium bowl, mix together crème fraiche and honey. Refrigerate.

· In a large bowl, combine cubed watermelon, walnuts, and mint.

· Drizzle crème fraiche mixture then balsamic glaze on top. Serve.
